  We love staying at Margaritaville for our Disney vacation. The cottage is very spacious and allows us to relax after a day at the park. We went to the pool on our off park days. The proximity to walk to the pool couldn't be any better. We will be back next year.

  Overall a nice property rating high for location and cleanliness. It would be nice to have handtowels in the kitchen for dishes and additional bath towels. Six adults for a week will need more than 6 towels. If a broom and dustpan was available we would have swept up everyday. The Margaritaville staff park in the parking spaces for the cottages. I would think they would have their own employee parking.

  It was clean and comfortable and had enough toweled, dish detergent and dish washer pods to last the stay. I really appreciated that. It had all the basic cooking necessities and enough plates, cups and silverware to feed us all. We had our cousins over (they live close by) and they were able to have dinner with us no problem. It was overall an enjoyable stay. The hot tub isn’t closed in, the area it’s in is without any privacy at all.

  We stayed in 8036 for 13 days. We love the cottage and location. Very clean. Just have a few suggestions- more bath towels ( one per person is too few), hooks in bathrooms to hang up towels or clothes, more hangers in closets, a pizza cutter.
  We also had a hot tub ( loved it). They came to "clean"it one day and emptied it. They didn't clean it because there was sand and shells from prior renter that wasnt cleaned out. They only emptied and refilled. No hose outside to refill low hot tub. I had also phoned regarding small bugs in main floor bedroom which were all over dresser and nightstand. They never came. Also dryer did not dry clothes. I cleaned it out but didn't help. Only could run about 10 small items in dryer at a time. We had to air dry thick item or towels. It felt inefficient to run dryer constantly. Otherwise loved place and location. One frustrating part is because we were near pool, the parking spots in frony of unit were always full. We assumed workers because they were gone after work hours-plus not many renters were near us.

  The house was comfortable, and the location was great. We had a little trouble with a couple of the TVs. We couldn't get them to show the cable shows. Two worked find and two didn't.The kitchen faucet was loose. The hottub was low on water and had a lot of sand in it, but once we notified management it was taken care of immediately.

  Perfect location ! Family friendly. This condo in general was in very good condition. I gave it 3/5 star because the floors needed a good deep clean. To the eye they appeared clean, but the bottom of your foot told a very different story. The dryer was not working properly. Even after we emailed and the property manager responded promptly with a maintenance man at our door for a service call...(cleaned the vent and checked the temp) it still took 3 cycles to dry.

  This was the first girls weekend since the pandemic and was well worth the wait! Working in the industry you tend to me more critical when staying places. This by far was one of the best stays. Service was amazing and fast, the entire place felt like I was the first guest to ever stay in it. It was so clean and smelled fresh. Usually I don’t use the the hot tub when I stay places, however, I was comfortable to use this one with how clean it was, and it was heated upon arrival. On our last day, we were already picking dates to stay again. I highly recommend using vstays. The team is top notch and the cleanliness is amazing. Can’t wait to stay again!

  The house itself was beautiful and has a perfect layout. The lack of basic kitchen essentials ( salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) is a total deal breaker. The sand and sea shells outside is a nightmare with trying to keep the home clean. I feel emptying the hot tub every day is a little much. They have play equipment all around which is great for the kids. The shuttle was another great touch. The find up club was great.

  The vacation rental was overall quite nice. I liked the location, quality of furniture, etc. The biggest issue was that the dryer did not work and this impacted our stay quite a bit as I had to go to a laundry facility that wasn’t even on the resort to dry our clothes. It was inconvenient and took several hours away from our vacation. We did notify management and there was no offer to even look at it. The hot tub took a while to warm up but was quite nice once it was started. I loved the location of this property as it was close to the pool without really hearing the noise.
