  House was cute and the space was great. Only thing is there really wasn't anything in the rental that you might see in other rentals. I am sure someone prior bought coffee filters and salt and pepper but there were none to be found in the house. Disappointing since we brought our own coffee and creamer yet there were no filters to we had to go out anyway.

  We really enjoyed the villa format. The amenities are great as well. We used the pool, the spa and the exercise room. Sunset Walk is close enough to walk to and a variety of events. Definitely on our list for a return visit.

  It’s a nice resort with a lot of amenities however, our cottage was not as good as it could’ve been. The AA system didn’t work heating or cooling the device they use on the wall is locked in so you can only push three buttons could never figure out how to make it work not a big deal during the winter, but I could imagine during the summer it would be terrible. Smoke alarm came on in the middle of the night because of dead batteries super fun had to use a chair and stand on the banister by a very long staircase, teetering on the edge to remove the screaming alarm very limited on supplies a few rolls of toilet paper and enough, bathroom soap and shower products to last maybe two days Kitchen could use some spices, bare minimum salt and pepper. Cooking pans were old and warped, which were very difficult to use on an electric stove. No extra towels and no housekeeping services so I had to wash them not a big deal but kind of annoying. On the plus side, the cottage spacious and beds are comfortable. The layout downstairs is a little strange as the TV is facing in the wrong direction. I don’t know why there are gates outside of the resort because even though they’re closed as soon as you drive up to them, they open so it doesn’t really keep undesirables from coming and going. Check out is promptly at 10 AM and I mean exactly 10 AM on the dot. resort is pretty close to everything which is nice a lot of restaurants and things to do and theme parks aren’t very far away.

  We were very satisfied with the rental cottage in the Margaritaville Resort. The cottage fit 2 adults and 3 kids well. Each kid got a bedroom so each was able to do their own thing when we were not going to the Orlando attractions. Also, the resort pool within walking distance was lovely. We also enjoyed the waterpark and Sunset Walk shops also within walking distance from the resort.

  The furniture is too big for the space and makes the rooms feel small. It's challenging to move around with multiple guests. Housekeeping showed up an hour before checkout and let themselves in while guests were in the middle of getting ready.

  Rental was exactly as pictured. The small day bed with tv even had a door but was small so not considered a full room. Friendly helpful staff everywhere. Only downfall was buying toilet paper, few garbage bags, and no kitchen towels. There was not a ton of bathroom towels, but you can wash them yourselves.

  Home was very very dirty! Food took forever at the pool bar, pool area sand not well kept, construction quality low. Staff at front desk friendly. Furniture did not fit the space / table way too big. Location to shops was nice.

  I was pleasantly surprised about how great our stay was. I the cottage was practically brand new and most importantly super clean! That’s my biggest fear when vacationing so I was quite happy. It was plenty of room for my family of 5 to spread out. My only complaint in our cottage was lack of hooks in bathroom and shelving/storage in showers. Weird that there was only 1 little soap shelf. The resort was clean as well and happening. Always something going on, the workers that we encountered were all very kind & friendly. Especially the girls at the hair braiding kiosk by the pool. Super sweet and hard working. Pool was great and so were drinks and food. We will be back!

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Margaritaville Cottages. Love this place! The house was very clean, beds are very comfortable. My husband loves that the workout facility is open 24/7. Lots of restaurants nearby, overall just an easy place to go and relax!
