  The overall stay was great for what we were needing. The pool in the backyard was awesome. There were a few problems with the stay. Only 1-2 towels per bathroom. This made it difficult with 12 individuals on a 6 night stay. The units are owned by a third party and they get to choose if or when an hvac unit is to be serviced. We slept in 78 degrees for two nights and no compensation was offered. I understand that the management doesn’t control the amount of supplies, but 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 trash bag for a family of 12 to stay 6 nights is a little obsurd. Overall the resort was great but the process of management was pretty poor.

  All the tv's and thermostats had owners locks on them so we could not access them, The technicians on multiple occasions could not get these issues resolved. limited media functions and A/C could not cool the cottage down to reasonable temperatures do the thermostat issue. This is our 5th time here at Margaritaville and never encountered these types of issues. Management never offered to move us to a better functioning cottage for the remainder of our stay.

  A wonderful place to stay for a family. We loved our cottage, the pool area, and the water park. It was also greatly appreciated having complimentary shuttle service to the parks! The next time we stay, it would be nice if better bathroom towels were provided. We also had to buy a kitchen towel set because none were provided. The provided starter supplies only lasted 2 or so days and additional was not provided when we requested so it was lacking in that area as well.

  I rented a home with pool & hot tub but got moved to another house with only a pool without notice. Every day of our stay the alarm keypad beeped loudly between 4-6am and woke up everybody. I had to get up and manually hit reset to stop. I reported but was told only owner could fix. Home was clean but when it said fully stocked kitchen I would disagree. Other VRBO properties I've rented had more to work with. I woud recommend but only if alarm fixed and suggest what they should purchase at grocery store prior to check in.

  Overall very good. We were late checking in due to a 3 hour delay flying in to Orlando. That made us arrive at the resort at 11:02PM and at first we were refused a shuttle to our cott@ge after registering. I insisted that for such a price to stay there late comers should be accommodated and the representative told us to check and see if the shuttle driver was still there. He was and we were granted the shuttle ride to our cottage.

  The pool was dirty the entire time. Made five calls to office to have someone come clean it. One person came and just skimmed it, the last and final time a person came out they realized a filter had never been placed in it. By the time it got cleaned enough to go in it, it was our last day and we had to check out. So we paid for a pool we could barely use.
  There was a live roach on the refrigerator.
  Asked for sheets for pull out couch twice, no one came to bring them as they said they would. Property management company needs to get on the ball! Otherwise, nice house with modern/tropical feel.

  This is our 4th rental with Ace Hospitality and the first time staying in a 4 bedroom house. Like all the rentals the house was decorated beautifully and was relatively clean when we checked in.
  
  We ran into a few issues during our 2 week stay. First the ice maker only made 3 ice cubes every hour. Thankfully the maintenance team would bring us bags of ice so that helped cure that problem. When we checked in the upstairs balcony had a pair of men’s underwear left on the chair from the previous renter.
  
  Aside from those two problems we loved the location and the house. We do prefer the 2 floor layouts but this house was beautiful.

  The place was clean (except the home private pool) it had really nice view on the third level and the rooms looked great. Also there seemed to be something wrong with the deadbolt, when I called up to the front seat they told me that the had disassembled all the deadbolts for child safety concerns. However, it felt a little weird staying in the house without being able to protect my privacy.

  This was my second time visiting the Margaritaville and must I sat my first visit was exceptional, maybe because they were new. This second visit wasn’t as pleasant. The house was beautiful and was a fit for my family , but there were not enough towels, linen and old mildewed pillowcases on the pillows of the king size bedroom on the second floor and one of the Tv’s wasn’t working properly in another room. . Customer service was very poor from the beginning.
