  Cottage was perfect for our family.
  Easy walk to facilities and lots of parking. House was comfortable and good size.
  
  Check in was easy and informative.
  
  Some areas for improvement.
  The doors in the house all squeak! Which sucks on vacation. One person gets up for bathroom in the night and everyone hears it!
  I expect to provide shampoo and such but not to have to get toilet paper. That is cheap in my opinion and could have been provided for the entire stay.

  It was absolutely terrible. There were five of us staying there and we had six very thin towels to use from Friday to Monday. We had a little bar is soap and a half a roll of toilet paper in each room. We called the desk many times, and they could not help us at all. We had a run to the store and buy soap and toilet paper. The towels at the pool was so thin that they could not even dry. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody and I feel like we got ripped off. It was supposed to be an enjoyable, relaxing vacation and it was filled with phone calls to the hotel and lots of frustration. And we never got any of the TVs to work at all.

  The cottage was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults, a teen and two small children. The staff was EXCELLENT! The location was very convenient. We didn’t have as much time as we would have liked to explore the area. We had dinner delivered with no problems. The weather was cool and rainy but the pool area was heated & beautiful and the kids enjoyed it regardless. We hope to return soon!
  The only suggestion would be better quality bath towels. The ones provided were cheap and didn’t do the unit justice.

  Great location and free shuttle service.
  The pool made you feel like you were at a tropical resort.
  The only complaint was you could not bring your own food or drinks in the pool area.

  I have stayed at this resort on two previous occasions and love it! The resort is gorgeous, pool is fantastic, employees are always helpful and the location to Sunset Walk and Target with the option to use the complimentary shuttle are an added bonus! We never left the resort area all week! The location of our cottage was perfect as well! The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the cottage; 3 of the 4 beds had not been changed and had hair and crumbs all over, the floors were not swept and there was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds & couch, the couch had multiple stains and we found 3 cockroaches during our stay which we called to complain and were told they were just palmetto bugs and that they would spray outside. That was after finding the first one and then found 2 more throughout the week.
  Other than that we had an amazing family trip and love the Margaritaville Resort!

  The overall experience was not what I expected, even after I called to talk to somebody. I never received a response or a call back from the manager of the resort. I was put on hold when I was speaking to Jose and then Jose disconnected me. I did call back and got Joseph who sounded a lot like Jose who denied hanging up on me still got no answers. I even emailed the manager of the department to call me back still no answer. Also, I went to the front desk to get more shampoo and body wash and was told I couldn’t get any more. If this is how you were running your business, I don’t want to stay there ever again. I almost forgot walking around the townhome in bare feet. My feet were black within five minutes. Disgusting.

  First we were greeted with a welcome drink which was very good. The check in experience was super fast an easy. The cottage was in a great location less then 10 min walk to the activities. Although they do offer shuttles to take you all around the resort. Very clean, I love the fact that it had more then enough Margarita glasses and wine glasses. The beds were very comfortable. The Margarita machine was awesome. We all enjoyed the bands that played at the sunset walk. We did not leave the resort because it had everything. Definitely coming back.

  We traveled with 8 adults for a short weekend getaway to attend a concert in the area. The cottage was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The only possible negative - the master shower needed to be snaked as water was backing up slightly. As a woman and mother of daughters, I can completely relate and it wasn't a big deal. We were walking distance to the pool, the staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall, highly enjoyable experience.

  The house and resort was very nice. Beds were not comfortable and there were not enough towels. We were promised items valued >$700 for longer stays but did not receive them. The biggest issue was that are too many management companies involved in the stay and no one wants to solve any issues. I booked through Marriott Homes & Villas but they turned it over to Ace who then turned it over to Vstays. Marriott charged me one price then Vstays charged me a higher price at check out. I am still trying to get this solved but each group points to the other.

  Clean home with up to date furniture. Everything is new and working. Safe community with easy access to shopping and major attractions. The community has a great gym and a playground, as well as a dog park. No complaints. Money well spent!
