  We will not return to Margaritaville resort with vstays . It was not a good experience for us. The couch was filthy and The table was dirty . They did clean but we had to ask . We were told that they would come fix the Wi-Fi. We stayed the whole week. They never first fixed it or followed through with we finally gave up asking . The only compensation they said is we could leave early and then they never follow through and then she hung up on my husband because she said he was being rude. He was just asking for compensation because we didn’t get the services we paid for . We will make sure that the people that we have recommended to come go through reservations and not vstays . They didn’t have any difficulty taking our money but didn’t provide services as promised . How could we leave early when we came over six hours away and we only have one week off for vacation ?

  We stayed are this location for a end of summer trip with another family.
  The home was in a great location and the decor was the perfect island vibe. Check in was very easy and the room was ready early. We did have a few mishaps during our stay. First was the AC on the top floor wasn't working upon check in. The team up front was aware and it would have been nice to just change our room but they insisted we wait for someone to service it. It took about 5 hours but the 3rd floor finally cooled. The house also had a problem with small black ants. They were all over the bathrooms and near the electrical outlets. I understand with FL rain and heat this can happen but I think the problem should have been addressed with a pest control prior to our stay.

  Perfect Location and the home was more than big enough for 6-8 people. Kitchen was stocked but missing a couple of essentials like hot pads and hand towels. Would recommend bringing those items, along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you plan on doing a lot of cooking and laundry in the home. Other than that we would highly recommend.

  I had a great experience, check in was easy. My only 2 complaints were there was mold in the shower and I asked for a later checkout and was told it would be alright but got bombarded by housekeepers that made us feel like we need to leave asap.

  The pool is not as the pictures, no an adult place full of kids
  House was nice but not fit 10 people as we book so we have to sleep 3 in one bed. Thank good one didn’t came at the end

  I rented a 4 bedroom with a bedroom downstairsbecause I'm in wheelchair and one bedroom was suppose to have 2 beds. All bedrooms were upstairs and only 1 bed in each room. There was a cockroach in one bedroom. It was inconvenient to get from your cottage to the pool or shops. I was told there was shuttle to airport this was wrong. I also expected a hottub. This also was not there. The pool area is amazing with activities for the kids at a cost. Disappointed the braiding hair guy didn't show up for our appt. The pool area had live entertainment. The houses were gorgeous other then the cockroach they were clean.

  IF BOOKED FOR 8 PEOPLE THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 8 TOWELS WE STOPPED BY FRONT DESK AND REQUESTED MORE BUT NONE WERE DELIVERED. ALSO IF YOU STATE WE PROVIDE ONLY STARTER TOILETRIES THEN THERE SHOULD BE A FULL ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IN EACH BATHROOM NOT 1/2 TO 1/4. PROPERTY WAS NICE BUT I BELIEVE WE WILL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE ON OUR NEXT VISIT.
