  We had a great time in Margaritaville Orlando. We loved everything. Everyone is very helpfull and the swimming pool with live music is great. The shops and movietheatre in the neighbourhood are great!
  
  The only thing I can point out is that the staff behind the counter isn't alloud to do anything. On the website we saw that de cottage with a hot tub was still available, so we asked when we checked in if we could rebooke (and pay for it ofcourse). But she stared at us and told us that she couldn't do anything for us and she didn't know how to realize that.
  
  I don't think that is very helpfull and I also think that it doesn't help Margaritaville. SThey could have made more money, but didn't.

  The cottage in general was very nice however, there were a few issues that need to be addressed. Two of the doors upstairs had the door latching mechanism installed backwards thus not allowing you to lock the doors for privacy. Also the towels in all the bathrooms were very cheap, very thin and worn, we had to make a trip to Target to buy towels. Laundry machine was very loud and the coffee pot in the kitchen was very small. Perhaps an update on these items would make the cottage a bit more enjoyable.

  We stayed at this cottage for a bit over a week. The size was perfect for our family of 4, 6 could stay here comfortably. The condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook and have a comfortable stay. There is a grocery store super close, and tons of things to do with young and older children. We walked to the water park, we went to the nice relaxing pool at Margaritaville, and walked to the arcade with the kids a few times. Loved loved the location and amenities. Service was friendly and quick to help. One day my kids locked us out of the house, but when we asked for help, they quickly helped us open the front door. I recommend staying here. It was also about 15 minutes drive from the Animal Kingdom.. Just a small note to the owners, some of the room door knobs in the master bedroom are backwards and the doors would not fully shut.. you may want to fix them :) ..

  We had a great time at our cottage. It was very clean with the exception of the floors, which we took care of. Our feet/socks were getting black walking around. Other than that the cottage was very clean and in order. A couple of minor items needed repair. Shower drain was loose, garbage disposal in sink was initially not operating, but was fixed easily and dishwasher was not secured to cabinet and would pull out. Aside from these things the cost was reasonable it was very nice. We look forward to possibly renting again.

  This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was immacutately clean, beautifully furnished and well layed out. We didn't want for anything we didn't have the entire time we were there. The check in and check out was hassle free. We arrived early simply trying to beat traffic and our room wasn't ready, as we expected. Before we finished having lunch, the agent called telling us it was ready and we could check in anytime. Start to finish everything worked as smoothly as anyone could hope. We enjoyed the fact the condo was not serviced during our stay. We packed appropriately for the things we needed for the week and picked up a few things we forgot just around the corner at Target!

  This is our fourth stay with Margaritaville Cottages and we were disappointed in this one. All the other three we were very pleased with. We had four towels for six people and when asked for more were told to wash them. Finally I convinced staff to bring more in which they brought bedding without towels. I called again and they brought them after we had all showered with our beach towels that were used that day. We also had no hand towel or dishrag for the kitchen. We had remnants of toilet paper in each bathroom. Out of three bathrooms there was not a single new role of toilet paper. There were brooms in each of the other three cottages we stayed previously. This is a small thing in which is more than likely not required but when added to the list of complaints it is just one more thing. It is a wonderful bonus to sweep your cottage each day. We will continue to stay with you since we were very pleased with our other stays and have booked a visit in September but truly hope we have better conditions.

  Stayed in a villa with V-Stays. The attention to detail was terrible. First night, noticed the pitcher was missing from the margarita machine. Called the desk and they sent one, that had mold in all of the seals. Shuttle service was terrible. Tried to use it twice but after waiting 45 minutes, just decided to drive myself. Also after the first night, my guests and I noticed that there was only 4 towels in the villa, with 6 registered guests. Called the desk and after a 3 hour wait and multiple further phone calls they finally arrived. The desk did suggest that I could just wash the towels in between uses which sounds like a great idea with 6 guests. The washing machine was so loud that you could not have a conversation on the bottom floor. Overall the resort and villa were great, but the lack of attention to detail by V-Stays will keep me from returning.

  We spent a long weekend in this cottage while visiting the Disney parks and had a great experience! The resort is beautiful and my kids loved the pool. The cottage was clean and spacious. My only complaint would be that they do not provide enough towels - we had 6 people (4 adults+2 kids) and they only provided 4 bath towels. They told me to use the washer in the unit if we wanted to reuse the towels.
