  We've booked 3064 Parrot Head the past four years for Spring Break. We come back every year because it's a great location on the Margaritaville property. This year however, we were a bit disappointed with the upkeep of the home. The dryer in the 3rd floor master suite was broken. We reported this to property management right away and after sending two different repair men out to look at it, the issue was never resolved and just fell flat. The ceiling fan in another bedroom was not working, and again, we notified property management and the issue was not resolved. We even requested a box fan or something to improvise and ended up having to go purchase it on our own. Additionally, the downstairs couch had a broken back and the kitchen trash can looked like it had been through a war.
  After the condition of the home this year, paired with the response from property management, we are unsure if we will book again next year.

  We found a cockroach in one of the bedrooms, doritos under the sheets in one of the bedrooms , dryer on the 3rd floor didn’t work and washer on the 1st floor was moldy inside. Overall seemed like surfaces were clean but no real attention to detail. Location was great as we planned to spend a lot of time at Disney.

  Home is massive! 3 floors enough to accommodate a large family. We had 14 guests and had plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. The home also has a pool and sauna along with a grill and extra propane. If you plan on staying here for more than a couple days make sure to bring extra trash bags(only 2 were provided for an 8 bedroom home), paper towels (only 2 small rolls provided) and simple things for cooking such as spices, salt, pepper etc. The dishwasher did not work. Therefore we had to hand clean everything for 14 guests. It would have been good to know during the booking process that we would need to bring those items to be better prepared. Overall We had a great experience and would love to stay again.
  Some other recommendations for improvement would include more bath towels. There was just enough for one person each meaning you will definitely have to do laundry during the stay. The towels were quite small and very scratchy.

  Overall the stay was good. We ran out of toilet paper the first day (no bathroom had a fresh roll) and then was told they do not replenish, you get what’s in the room. Which again is fine, but we would
  Have brought toilet paper if we had known we wouldn’t even start with a fresh roll. They refused to bring us any. The Margarita machine was also broken. Again, not a huge deal but if you advertise the room will have one, it should work.

  The house was lovely, spacious, and clean. However, the kitchen was poorly stocked and there was no grill, making cooking for a large crowd difficult.
  
  The management company responded with bringing kitchen things but they would not call back when there were pool issues, which was frustrating. They only email which is difficult when talking through issues.

  It was a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone that came! Very cozy and lots of things to do around margaritaville.   Clean, very large home with plenty of room for extended family to stay! 3 large sitting rooms with TV's so people could spread out and watch what they wanted while inside. Each bedroom has its own full bath and television as well. Pool/Hot Tub were perfect and there is even a bathroom out by the pool which is super convenient. Fantastic place.

  I came home to surprise charges of $650 for excessive damages and trash. They offered me no break down of what I was being charged for. We stayed 3 days in an 8 bedroom unit. We used all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing left behind was trash in the trash can & dirty towels. Nothing was damaged or broken. The charges are outrageous. I have stayed at margaritaville multiple times in the past. This was the first time renting through vstays. I will never rent through you again.

  Couch was broke. Coffee makers leaked everywhere. Poles on master bedroom bed were loose or broke. The stairs had painters tape on the front of them where they were broke. Not very safe. 8 bedrooms with the ability to sleep way more then 8...maybe look into a 2nd fridge. Upon check in, it appeared that the garbage bin outside the house hadnt been emptied or cleaned for days. Thousands of flies everywhere. Very disappointed. It seemed like we paid alot of money for something that can be fixed and upgraded a little. Stay was great dont get me wrong. Again, just a bunch of little things that you do not want to deal with when paying a fortune.

  Overall we had a nice stay, there were just a few inconveniences: the layout was not as open and as comfortable as we would have liked, the laundry was inside the walk-in closet on the 3rd floor and wasn’t a stackable washer and dryer, but 2 floor appliances on top of each other, which made it really hard to read and reach the dryer controls. The coffee maker would leak coffee in great amounts every time we made coffee. A couple of stairs were broken and hastily covered with blue tape. The garbage wasn’t picked up from the trunk outside during our stay. There isn’t a single full-body mirror in all the house. The toilet paper holder in one of the rooms would not stay put on the wall. The duvet covers for the king bed were far too small. The sheets on one of the rooms in the second floor were really tough. In one of the rooms in the second floor, the rain would get in from one of the windows, and there was also a leak of some black liquid coming down from the wall down to the bathtub. The margarita machine worked great, and the decor of the unit was lovely. The location was great, near the gym, big pool, etc. It was very clean and had speakers you could connect your phone to, only we didn’t because we didn’t want to bother our neighbors. We did have neighbors, however, that placed a huge speaker facing the pool and played annoyingly loud music from 7am onwards, we would hear them throughout the house, and they would wake us up even though all our kids were dead tired. We called the front desk several times, but they were of no help. It wasn’t until one of us went over there and begged them to please lower the volume, that they stopped. But this problem should have been solved by the front desk or security, instead of having us go through a really uncomfortable situation. There should be some rule against this behavior, or better soundproofing.

  We only booked for 2 nights and we all wished we could stay longer. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and very clean. It comes stocked with most of the essentials and has a target and grocery store close by. Our favorite was having a private pool all to ourselves which was also in great condition and clean.
